Nesting - Black Swan

These blankets hold memories. The one of the top is an old one from out club ski lodge at Perisher. Lovely and bright to paint. The other one is an old picnic blanket that has been misused in the family for many years - mostly used in my father's workshop. I washed it and have salvaged it for my dog.

The background is an adaptation of a fabric design by the American Candace Wheeler (1827-1933).
